Before publishing Leap, Jess built a successful 15-year corporate career in tech and management consulting at some of the world's most prestigious companies like Apple, Bain, and Siemens. She holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and her BA from Georgetown University. In 2020 Jess pivoted to the “second chapter” of her career and began to write about women’s experiences in the workplace and train as a coach to support other leaders. Today Jess coaches leaders–with a strong focus on women and other underestimated leaders–to help them successfully navigate careers in business and tech and reach their fullest potential. She is also a sought after corporate speaker and host of the “Reclaim Your Career” podcast. Jess lives in Boston with her husband and two young kids.
